The hotel room, though advertised with a bath for freshening up, turned out to be very small and faced a space full of trash containers, leading to disturbances from the restaurants and city employees emptying bins. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, close to the Liverpool underground station and with easy access to the rest of London. The dining experience, despite some tasty dishes, had its downsides with slow service and all items arriving simultaneously. Overall, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
